• You efficiently plan the daily staff deployment, coordinate breaks, and ensure structured processes.
• You coordinate inpatient admissions and keep an eye on the occupancy of inpatient capacities.
• You manage box reservations and control occupancy according to demand.
• During your shift, you keep an eye on structure and quality management.
• You ensure a smooth process in medication supply and support the team in prioritizing tasks.
• You monitor checklists and compliance with hygiene and organizational standards.
