Description
Company Description Veterinary Associate - Part Time A modern, coastal clinic where flexibility, support, and great medicine come together Greencross Vets Noarlunga is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our friendly, cohesive, and well‑equipped team. We have just welcomed a new and experienced vet director and the opportunity exists for a part time role. Why Greencross Noarlunga? Greencross Noarlunga is a modern, fully equipped clinic located inside Petbarn, giving you a steady flow of engaged pet owners and strong client relationships from day one. Our team is known for being passionate, professional, and genuinely dedicated to delivering exceptional care to their long‑term clients. You’ll have access to the latest diagnostic and surgical equipment, including digital X‑ray, ultrasound, an iM3 dental suite, dental radiography, and in‑house laboratory capability, enabling you to deliver best practice medicine confidently. What truly sets us apart is our team culture. We’re cohesive, supportive, and easy to get along with - everyone looks out for each other. Team members consistently say they love the excellent work-life balance and the fact that we almost always leave on time thanks to thoughtful scheduling. Lunch breaks are a given, and we do our best to accommodate leave and roster requests. A Stunning Coastal Lifestyle Located 35 minutes south of Adelaide CBD, Noarlunga is a popular coastal destination offering beaches, sandhills, surfing, snorkelling, and diving around natural reefs and historic shipwrecks. It’s a vibrant area with cafés, restaurants, and a family‑friendly aquatic centre, perfect for enjoying downtime and living the true South Australian lifestyle. Your Role This is an associate opportunity for an experienced veterinarian with over 2 years of experience who is keen to learn from our team and experienced Vet Director. You’ll have autonomy in managing cases backed by the amazing support of your leaders and the Greencross clinical network. Its a permanent role, and not a fixed term contract. The role is ideally part time with flexible rostering and the ability to tailor your week around consults, surgery, or a blend of both. Tell us how you work best. What Makes Us Special? A team that goes above and beyond: Recently, we cared for Gracie, a 20‑year‑old cat who came to us fragile and non‑appetent. The whole team rallied to give her the best chance, showing the compassion and dedication that defines us. From complex cystotomies to delicate geriatric care, you’ll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration and problem‑solving. Exceptional leadership: Our Vet Director has over 30 years of experience, offering great opportunities for learning and mentorship. A culture of support: we would love to clone Geneve - our associate vet whose calm decision‑making and genuine compassion elevate the entire team. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Flexible scheduling that suits your lifestyle Leadership experience with full support from Greencross Clinical freedom supported by experienced veterinarians Access to VIN, Plumbs, and industry‑leading CE One week of study leave (convertible to annual leave!)
