Due to internal career progression within our team, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Client Care Advisor at Your Vets.
Location: To be based at our Nuneaton site
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.30 with a share in the Weekend rota

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
  • Registering new clients
  • Completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications
  • Taking payments
  • Keeping the reception and consulting rooms clean and tidy
  • And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
