At HelloVet we are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced and motivated Client care associate (Veterinary receptionist)to join our digital service at Hello Vet. We are an innovative and tech-driven veterinary company. This isn’t your standard receptionist role — you’ll be part of building a cutting-edge digital and telephone service that supports and enhances in-clinic care.

• Provide a welcoming and supportive service to clients and their pets via telephone calls or digital messages.
• Liaise with clinical services to ensure the correct service is accessed
• Support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet.
• Assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests.
• Work closely with clinical and client care teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Help improve our digital workflows and protocols.
