We are looking for a full-time veterinary receptionist to join our team!
At our hospital a Client Care Specialist /receptionist is the first person that our clients typically speak to. They play a huge role in facilitating animal care throughout the hospital.
A Client Care Specialist must have excellent customer service skills and multitasking abilities. They will handle receptionist duties including answering phones, scheduling, and checking patients in and out of the hospital.

Schedule:
Full time employees are scheduled to come in 4 times a week. They are scheduled three 11-12 hour shifts with an hour lunch break as well as one “half day” shift which is roughly 6-8 hours long. We are open Saturdays until 2pm with the exception of one per month in which we close. Full-time employees are expected to participate in rotating weekend shifts.
We are closed all Sundays and are generally closed on Fridays as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
