Full time team members are scheduled 4 days a week at 36 hours. The schedule is not set, meaning you will not be working EVERY weekend. With your schedule posted at least one month in advance you can make plans to do the things important to you! At our practices, we go even further, allowing you to continuously accrue time off. Requirements At our practices, we treat our clients with compassion and an understanding that their pet is part of their family. We are looking for your people skills and positive attitude! As a Client Service Representative your role is an integral part of the team. In this role your ability to multitask will be utilized. You will assist our clients on the phone (either scheduling their appointments or directing their calls to the appropriate team member), while supporting clients during check in as they arrive to the practice. Your attention to detail will provide them with the information they will need to know about their four-legged family members visit with us. Upon check out you will help them understand the process and the options available to them. Whether you have previous experience or a desire to learn how you can help families with their four-legged child, we want to hear from you! Full Time and Part Time positions available. Responsibilities
