Job Overview Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Services Assistant to join our growing field service department! As a Client Services Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our field service team. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service. This position requires strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will report directly to the Hospital Administrator. What You'll Do: Answer phones and respond to client calls for scheduling, records requests, appointment confirmations, etc. Support our doctors by maintaining schedules and efficiently rescheduling appointments as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate patient and client records within our practice management software. Process invoices and collect payments and deposits. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned to support the team. Our Ideal Candidate will bring: Basic horse knowledge or experience with equine clients (Required). Proven administrative support experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and text. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage high call volumes and frequent client contact. Proficiency in data entry and general computer skills.
