Responsibilities

VetCheck is looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Veterinary Operations & Support Coordinator to support our global veterinary SaaS platform during the evening hours in South Africa. This is a key behind-the-scenes role focused on maintaining smooth operations, supporting the team with training and tech queries, and keeping our pipelines and campaigns on track.
This is an ideal role for a veterinarian or veterinary nurse who is looking for a change in career and a change in pace.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Pipeline Oversight: Review and update CRM pipelines, flag overdue actions, and support lead generation workflows.
  • Training & IT Back-Up: Assist with onboarding questions and provide light IT/training support for the international team.
  • Campaign Coordination: Help set up or update email and social media campaigns (using provided templates and content).
  • End-of-Day Handover: Summarise team activities, identify gaps, and prepare a morning handover for the next shift.

What You’ll Need:

  • Solid admin or operations experience (SaaS, marketing, tech support, or similar).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy: confident using CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, and digital tools.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to spot and solve problems independently.
