Veterinary Client Services Representative

The Role:
VetCheck seeks an ambitious individual who genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience through sales and marketing activities. We are looking for a hard-working, super-organized, and self-motivated individual who has excelled in a similar role.
You will join a great team that supports vet clinics to get the most out of VetCheck software.
You will be in charge of achieving your sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. You will use your troubleshooting skills to dig into complex products and workflows and will have the ability to apply this knowledge as a problem solver for our clients.
This is an ideal role for a veterinarian or veterinary nurse who is looking for a change in career and a change in pace.
What you’ll do
· Schedule and perform online training, product demos, workshops, and webinars
· Build new customer relationships
· Maintain and manage the CRM
· Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
· Understand the veterinary market and develop an action and activity plan that builds the community
· Own the customer experience and build long-lasting customer relationships and constantly seek out ways to exceed expectations and promptly respond to emails and phone calls
· Use social media and other avenues to generate qualified leads
Your skills
· Track record of high achievement in account management, business development or a consultative role
· Knowledge of the veterinary industry (highly desirable)
· Highly self-driven to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
· Extremely organized, focused and strong work ethic
· Problem-solving and experience in streamlining workflows
· Friendly phone manner, naturally empathetic, and resilient
· Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
· Experience in training or mentored peers
· Passionate about technology and the veterinary industry
