Think of this role as the hospitality guide for our hospital: the first smile clients see and the last “thank-you” before they leave. You’ll welcome pets and their people, create a smooth and stress-free check-in and check-out, assist with booking appointments, and anticipate client needs to ensure every visit feels personal and thoughtful. From offering a warm greeting to helping coordinate care behind the scenes, our concierge ensures people and pets feel cared for from the moment they walk in the door. Benefits: No weekend hours Health/Dental/Vision insurance Wellness expense reimbursement 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Bereavement leave Pet bereavement leave Employee pet discount Uniform allowance Free on-site parking Staff shower Pay: $20-22/hr Requirements Primary Responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service and hospitality Checking clients in and out and coordinating the flow of appointments to keep the day running smoothly Managing client communications (phone, email, text) in a timely and professional manner Assisting with scheduling and booking appointments Filling prescription drugs for patients Handling payments and maintaining accurate records Supporting the care team with client handoffs and follow-up needs Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hospital lobby Who we are looking for: Full time employee Bilingual Spanish preferred Ideal applicants should have a passion for creating welcoming, stress-free experiences for both pets and their people, and should take pride in delivering a memorable visit from start to finish. Because this role is at a brand-new clinic, flexibility and adaptability are essential as we grow and refine our processes. The concierge should bring a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and empathy for pet owners and their concerns. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required — what matters most is the ability to connect with people, stay organized, and help carry forward the culture that makes Love City Vet special
