The College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University is seeking applicants for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative at the Dublin clinic of the Veterinary Medical Center. Veterinary Care Customer Service serves as the point of entry for the veterinary hospital. The successful candidate will support clients and navigate complex protocols, phone systems and organizational structure to provide process and services information to faculty, residents, students, clients, visitors and referring veterinarians. Some other responsibilities of the position entail communicating regarding client financial responsibilities, referral process, solving access and financial issues. The position will also include the following duties: scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, managing client expectations, auditing medical records and may involve advocating for clients.
Hiring Range - $17.00 - $21.77
