What you will do Lead and mentor your veterinary and nursing team, fostering a supportive and high-performing clinic culture. Oversee clinical standards and ensure high standard patient care. Provide GP consults, routine surgeries, and dental care. Drive clinic initiatives while developing your own clinical interests. What you will bring A recognised BVSc or DVM degree (AVBC accredited). Demonstrated confidence in GP consults and routine procedures. A passion for leadership and mentoring, with a collaborative approach.
