Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a Veterinary Director who is ready to step up and lead. You’ll be someone who: Demonstrates strong leadership and fosters a positive team culture Has excellent surgical skills and clinical knowledge Enjoys mentoring and supporting graduate vets Is confident managing a varied caseload, including dermatology Thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience Proven ability to work sole charge when required Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care Strong time management and organisational skills Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations.
