We are offering $15,000 allowance to get you established in the role. Sponsorship is available for overseas-qualified vet with a recognised degree, with guidance from a dedicated migration lawyer. The role Lead the clinical direction, mentor the team and shape how the day runs. Prior director experience is not essential. What matters is sound clinical judgement, a steady approach to medicine and surgery, and a genuine interest in developing others. Your support structure Practice Manager: on-the-ground partner for rosters, inventory, client experience and keeping the day smooth. Area Manager: removes roadblocks, supports hiring, budgeting and operations, and helps put your ideas into action. Regional Clinical Director: senior clinician for case escalation, complex decision support, morbidity reviews and professional coaching. Wider network: fast peer access to other VDs, internal referral pathways, study groups and opportunities to visit neighbouring clinics. Why it works here Time for patients.
