Position Overview Oak Heart is seeking a Field Operations Director to support our Oak Heart Veterinary Hospitals in Raleigh, NC. The Field Operations Director is responsible for partnering with hospital leadership to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across assigned locations. This role provides strategic and hands-on support in key areas including operational performance, budgeting and financial results, human resources, staff development, and leadership development.
