As our Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our administrative and client service functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Office Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an office manager in a veterinary clinic or related healthcare setting is required.
  • Veterinary Technician Background: Alternatively, candidates with at least 4 years of experience as a veterinary technician, including some managerial responsibilities, will also be considered.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are a must.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, client communications, and medical record management.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and support front desk and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Financial Management: Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting, working closely with our accounting team.
  • Client Relations: Ensure exceptional client experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, including record-keeping and reporting.
