LOCATION: CALGARY, AB

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Veterinary & Inventory Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role supports both our inventory department and clinical services, helping ensure smooth hospital operations and high-quality patient care.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated and empathetic individual to join us in a very specialized support role for the entire Specialty and ER hospital. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working around animals in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work alone or with a variety of team members.
This is a Part-Time to Full-Time role, with the flexibility to adjust schedule accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a veterinary, animal care, or inventory-related role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort and confidence working around animals of various sizes and temperaments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive communicator.
• Ability to manage own time effectively
• Own transportation is preferred but not mandatory
