Veterinary Laboratory Scientist

The IDEXX Brisbane laboratory team are currently seeking a motivated Veterinary Laboratory Scientist to join our laboratory in a full-time role. Working in our Brisbane location based in Eight Mile Plains. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you – as the successful hire, will ensure the provision of high-quality, efficient, effective, and timely diagnostic testing services for the IDEXX Reference Laboratories. You will apply professional knowledge in blood science investigations, exercising professional judgement in interpretation, verification, laboratory analyses, tests and validation of the results.
You as a Scientist will ensure that IDEXX Reference Laboratories operate at the highest level of accuracy by performing, supervising, and acting upon quality control procedures – setting up instruments, and preparing, running, interpreting, and releasing results while troubleshooting performance, in compliance with NATA and ISO accreditation/certification requirements.
