At Coulee Veterinary Clinic, we love what we do- and it shows! We treat our clients and their pets like family, and we treat our team the same way. We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized team member ready to deliver exceptional care and pride themsselves in creating a positive first impression for every client.
This is a part-time position with the potential of becomeing a full-time position. Day time, weekday hours only. No weekends!

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

Our receptionists are the face of the clinic- the first friendly voice on the phone and the first smile clients see when they walk in. You help set the tone for the entire visit, ensuring every client feels welcome and cared for. Every team memeber is vital at Coulee Vet!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phones promptly and professionally
• Scheduling appointments and surgeries
• Greeting and checking in clients
• Weighing patients and assisting with admissions
• Processing payments and pet insurance claims
• Confirming appointments and sending reminders
• Keeping the reception area and retail shelves tidy and stocked
• Cleaning exam rooms between patients
• Faxing, filing, and managing patient records
• Providing basic nutritional advice to clients (aditional training available)
• Taking patient photos and assisting with new client and transfer forms
  (Cross-training in Veterinary Medical Assistant duties may be available for the right candidate.)
