Company Description We are seeking a Vet Nurse to join our team on a Part-Time Basis! Findon Vet Surgery, located in the western suburbs of Adelaide, has been serving the community since 1991! Key responsibilities: Part-time role, 25 hours a week Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care Performing minor procedures when required Taking initiative to enhance clinic operations and efficiency Collaborating with the vet team to ensure high standards of patient care Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment Reception duties and customer service Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum 2+ years' clinical experience Excellent animal handling skills and an extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Ability to work effectively within a team A calm and friendly presence Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential At our clinic, you can look forward to joining a supportive and welcoming team environment where collaboration and mutual respect are the norms.
