Clinic Hours Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Sunday: Closed (yay for Sundays off!) closed public holidays About the Role This is a varied and hands-on nursing role where you’ll be involved across all areas of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting front-of-house client care and communication Assisting with consultations and team-based patient care IV catheter placement, blood collection, and diagnostic testing Assisting with pathology procedures Surgical and inpatient care, including anaesthetic monitoring Maintaining clinic hygiene and preparing equipment Supporting scheduling and client bookings (RX Works ideal but not essential) Assisting with mentoring and supporting junior nurses and students About You We’re looking for someone who brings: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical experience Strong clinical skills across surgical, hospital, and consult nursing Confidence working both independently and within a team Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive, positive attitude with strong time management A willingness to mentor and support others A good sense of humour and team-first mindset Living and Working in Tweed Heads Tweed Heads offers the perfect blend of coastal lifestyle and everyday convenience.
