Company Description Greencross Minchinbury is a fast-paced clinic with a great clientele in the lively and growing community of Western Sydney. Minchinbury is one of our newer clinics equipped with IM3 dental, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, Bair Hugger, separate sterile surgery, separate imaging room and separate cat ward. Most conveniently we are a co-location clinic, on-site at a busy Petbarn store - we love having these guys next door! We have one of our nurses going on Maternity leave at the start of April, so we are looking for a Part-time nurse to join our wonderful team for 12 months! About your New Job: Part-time role, 3 - 4 days a week 12-month Maternity Leave Contract Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care Performing minor procedures when required Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment About your skill level and experience: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing 2+ years' Veterinary Nursing experience Excellent animal handling skills and an extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures including competency in monitoring anaesthetics Outstanding organisational, communication and customer service skills Flexible and adaptable within a team environment Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential Sound like your next role?
