REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Veterinary Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and commit to long-term employment.

• Handle daily operations, including liaising with the purchasing team and helping in maintaining supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Ensure a safe, humane environment by adhering to legal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, explaining animal status and care instructions.
• Basic administrative skills, including handling medical records and scheduling.
