Description

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) to join our growing team! Our clinic is a fast-paced, multi-doctor practice that cares for companion animals (cats and dogs) as well as exotics (rabbits, small mammals, reptiles, birds—you name it!). We are passionate about providing top-notch care while keeping our work environment supportive, fun, and team-focused.
As a VOA, you’ll be an essential part of the action—helping our vets and RVTs with appointments and treatments, handling and restraining animals with care, keeping the clinic clean and organized for patient safety, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also be a friendly, reassuring face for our clients, helping pet owners feel comfortable and informed.
We know vet med can be busy, but we believe in work-life balance, a positive team culture, and a few well-earned perks. You’ll get staff discounts on services, products, and food, health benefits, and a flexible schedule. Our newly renovated clinic is bright, spacious, and modern, with a huge staff room where you can kick back and enjoy a well-deserved break. Oh, and did we mention we have a fancy espresso machine? Caffeine makes everything better.
