  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, ensuring efficient use of the clinic’s time.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding services offered.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, including sample collection and processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and waiting room.
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
