Are you organized, articulate, computer-savvy, and able to pet a dog and schedule an appointment at the same time? Then congratulations, we might already love you.
Arnold Crescent Animal Hospital (yes, the one with the awesome team and adorable patients) is on the hunt for an energetic, enthusiastic Receptionist to join our veterinary dream team.

The Ideal You:

• You speak fluent human AND pet-parent.
• You can juggle phones, booking systems, and puppies—sometimes all at once.
• You’re cool under pressure, even if a cat is staring at you.
• You bring good vibes and even better communication skills.
• You don’t need to know how to perform surgery (phew!), but if you have receptionist/admin experience, we’re all ears. If not, no worries—we’ll train the right unicorn.

The Fine Print:

• Shifts: We need some weekend warriors and weekday evening coverage. Flexibility is your middle name.
• Job Type: Permanent (we’re in it for the long haul, and we hope you are too!)
• Pay: $17.50-21.00/ hour depending on how magical you are.

Credentials:

• Secondary School diploma? Awesome.
• 1 year of receptionist or admin assistant experience? Double awesome. We would like someone with clinical experience.
