Panorama Hills Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our team! We are a privately owned, companion animal veterinary clinic located just off Stoney Trail in NW Calgary. Our team is a small but passionate group that values a fun, supportive, and professional work environment.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ Previous experience in a veterinary setting (preferred)
✔ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
✔ Strong computer proficiency
✔ High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
✔ Works well independently and as part of a team
✔ Passionate about animal care and enjoys working with cats and dogs

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required

• Answering phones, responding to emails, greeting clients, and processing invoices
• Managing patient records, scanning, and faxing documents
• Providing patient restraint and assisting in animal care
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness, preparing surgical packs, and supporting daily operations
• Assisting veterinarians and RVTs with procedures and treatments
