Beech House is a small, first-opinion practice based in the vibrant seaside town of Brighton and Hove. With it’s exciting and diverse culture, beautiful beach and seafront and excellent transport links to central London and Gatwick airport, Brighton and the surrounding area is a fantastic place to live.
A Veterinary Receptionist is required to join our friendly team. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.

Your role will involve:

• To be the first line contact for clients, their animals to the Practice and via telephone.
• Relay accurately & act in a timely manner all messages taken.
• Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Welcoming and registering clients on arrival, making appointments.
• Dispensing medicines as directed by the vet.
• Taking payments, and cashing up.
