JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
  • Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

  • Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
    Work Location: In person
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 37 per week
