We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Severn Edge Veterinary Group.
Location: To be based at our Cleobury Mortimer site
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 38.88 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with shifts between 08.30 – 18.30, with a 1:4 share in the Saturday morning 08.30 – 12.00 rota

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
• Registering new clients
• Completing insurance forms
• Dispensing medications
• Taking payments
• And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
