OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate must be vibrant and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The reception role focuses directly on looking after our clients and their pets. We are looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills gained from previous experience
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with clients at what may be stressful and emotional times
  • At least 2 years experience in a client facing environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent telephone manner, which may be tested at interview
  • Veterinary practice knowledge / experience would be desirable
  • Have a caring, can do attitude and a genuine and compassionate approach to clients.
