ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a dedicated, professional team member, who shows a real passion and positive attitude in every duty they perform. Candidates must have at least 1 year reception experience, and ideally at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience. This is because being a receptionist in the veterinary industry is very fast paced. The candidate needs to be highly self-motivated and have good customer service skills. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well within a team and independently. You must also have a strong knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar, including future appointments
• Answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients
• Collect and update client information in the database
• Medication handling
• Admin including scanning and organising paperwork
