Greencross Ellenbrook is one of our newer clinics in the area! Co-located next door to a Petbarn store, we have 3 consultation rooms, 1 theatre, separate dog ward, x-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab equipment. This is a modern, purpose-built clinic with a loyal and growing client base! Our team is friendly, caring, and genuinely passionate about what we do. About The Role Casual position – 9am to 2pm (1 to 2 days per week or as required), with flexibility for annual leave/personal leave coverage as required Responsible for all reception duties, including: Welcoming clients and patients Answering phones and booking appointments through our patient management system Processing payments and managing client emails Organising patient admission paperwork and banking duties Triaging patients Providing general advice on vaccine schedules, nutrition, and parasite prevention What We're Looking For Cert IV in Vet Nursing or Graduate Vet Student preferred Good knowledge and understanding of animals Motivated and driven personality Ability to multi-task under pressure with a calm, compassionate demeanour Confident with scheduling systems and basic account management Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage varying workloads Accountable, reliable, and a great team player Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport easily Take the next step in your career!
