We are looking for a friendly and organised individual with previous receptionist or customer facing experience preferred.
Our veterinary clinic is a busy and fast-paced environment, and our receptionist is an essential part of our team. You will be required to greet clients and their pets, answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage the clinics administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a high volume of calls and clients while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the receptionist will be responsible for managing the clinic’s inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the clinic is clean and organised. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, and the receptionist will be expected to work a flexible schedule. We are located at 28 Hamilton Road, Bothwell, G71 8NA. A drivers license is not required, but preferred.
