QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Competent in AVIMARK
• Minimum of 1 year as a Small Animal Veterinary Receptionist
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Commitment to animal welfare and safety practices

• Answer client and new client enquiries by telephone, in person and email
• Set up and maintain client records
• Take orders for medications and food by telephone, in person and email.
• Work with animals on a daily basis, including check in protocols
• Work the Team to ensure a positive and safe visit to our Hospital
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for doctors and patients
• Excellent command both spoken and written of the English language is required
