As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring that every client is warmly welcomed. You will be responsible for greeting and interacting with our clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner, passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Being able to effectively multitask and work well under pressure, while remaining calm, is essential, as you will be responsible for appointment bookings, receiving payments, daily banking, managing queries, dispensing medication and a range of administrative tasks including insurance claims, debt and Pet Health Club management, stock control, and any other administrative tasks that may be required.
