Here at Sunninghill, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team in Ascot. This is a part-time permanent role working 30 hours per week over 4 days. There will be a minimum of one late a week (12:00pm-7:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm) and there will be early shifts (8:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm). Hours can be discussed.

As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and their pets have a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate demeanour, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team that looks after one another, creating a supportive and friendly environment.

Your duties will include:

• To ensure the smooth running of our front of house
• Greeting clients on arrival
• Delivering exceptional service
• Taking Payments
• Booking of future appointments
• Dealing with day-to-day queries
• Ensuring daily duties are performed by each staff member
• Administration duties such as answering client emails, sending out emails and signing up clients to our Pet Health Plan.
