Administration:
Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
Providing updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
Client Support:
Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most.
Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
