Description

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST – BE THE FRIENDLY FACE OF OUR HOSPITAL

Do you love animals and people? Are you the type of person who can make someone feel welcome the moment they walk in the door (or call on the phone)? At Princess Animal Hospital, we’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who is warm, social, multitasker, and loves helping people as much as pets.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you set the tone for the entire visit. Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal—is essential. A friendly smile, patience, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying positive will make you shine in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting clients and their pets with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails/texts in a timely and friendly way
  • Clearly and accurately communicating with clients, doctors, and teammates
  • Processing payments and preparing invoices
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and updating client information
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Ensuring the front desk and lobby are clean, welcoming, and well-stocked

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who loves people as much as pets
  • A natural communicator—clear, kind, and professional, both in person and in writing
  • Outgoing, social, and approachable—our clients should feel at ease with you right away
  • Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude who can roll with the unexpected

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Full-time position, including some evenings and weekends
  • Competitive pay and a benefits package including health insurance, generous pet care discounts, paid time off, and more

If you’re ready to be the warm and welcoming face of our hospital, we’d love to meet you!
