This position includes booking appointments, maintaining medical records, handling invoices, payments, and estimates, restraining animals, maintaining hospital cleanliness, triaging patients, directing the flow of clients, and much more.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must have 1+ years of veterinary assisting or veterinary reception experience in a clinic environment or have completed a Veterinary Assistant course.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Independent and self-motivated work ethic
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be pet-friendly

Desired Qualifications:

• Ezyvet software knowledge is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness and desire to increase the knowledge base
• Adaptability
