Worongary Vets has an exceptional opportunity for a new Full Time Receptionist to join our friendly and experienced veterinary team.
Our clinic is situated in the beautiful Gold Coast region, located close to the hinterland regional park and 15 minutes to Broadbeach. We are a popular and modern clinic within a small shopping precinct surrounded by a large pet lover demographic.
This position will report directly to the Practice Manager. Our ideal candidate will have a veterinary nurse or medical reception background who enjoys all aspects of client care coordination. We are looking for a valuable contributor to the team who has a strong work focus and confident warm nature.
This is a full-time position working four days per week from 730am to 530pm Mon Tue Wed & Fri. The nursing and client care team work alongside 2-3 veterinarians with our usual day starting with pet admissions and team rounds. This role also leads on our wellness program growth, coordinating puppy school bookings, managing client recalls and promoting clinic campaigns.
