Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality customer service What We are Looking For in this Dynamic Job : * Customer service experience (medical and/or veterinary field preferred) * Ability to work collaboratively with all types of people and personalities * Strong multitasking, problem solving, and critical thinking skills * Ability to stay organized and prioritize in an active environment * Motivated to learn, gain experience, and advance their knowledge * Strong communication skills * Patience and good sense of humor The VBSPCA Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and on Saturday from 8am to 3pm. Full time positions are 35-40 hours a week

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients by greeting them, scheduling appointments, and managing check-in and check-out processes. Handle phone and email communications while providing information regarding veterinary services and pricing.
