We have a fantastic opportunity for a General Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and compassionate team at Medivet Brighton full-time. A well-established practice located in the heart of one of the UK’s most iconic and vibrant cities. We’re a two-vet clinic, supported by a close-knit team including one full-time HRVN, a part-time RVN, a full-time Veterinary Care Assistant, two Client Care Assistants (one full-time and one part-time), and a dedicated Practice Manager. We’re now looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join the team and help lead the practice forward with confidence, compassion and enthusiasm.
The clinic is well-equipped with dental and digital x-ray, ultrasound, a full in-house laboratory, kennels and a dedicated theatre, giving you the tools and space to deliver exceptional patient care with a strong balance of surgery and consults.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Vet looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. A minimum of 2 years UK experience would be ideal. • Must be an RCVS registered vet surgeon.
• Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
• Implementation of a progressive clinical culture.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Experienced in delivering exceptional clinical care to clients and patients.
• Supports nurse consults and understands how this contributes to the performance and efficient operation of the clinic.
• Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of each and every colleague.
