WORKING PATTERN:

Work 4 days per week 9-7 at our Stevenage branch.
Work weekends 1 in 3 Saturdays covering up to 3 other branches in the region as Stevenage not currently open on weekends.
Bank Holidays are worked at our Enfield 24 Hr hospital and are shared equally between the vets in the region.
We also operate an on call rota in the region which means vets cover 2-3 weeks per year on call.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be an RCVS registered vet surgeon.
• Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
• Implementation of a progressive clinical culture.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Experienced in delivering exceptional clinical care to clients and patients.
• Supports nurse consults and understands how this contributes to the performance and efficient operation of the clinic.
• Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of each and every colleague.
  Our clinics are run by small teams who need to work together effectively to deliver exceptional care to our clients, patients, and colleagues. This means that, from time to time, you may be required to carry out tasks outside your normal duties, where you have the skills, knowledge and experience required.
