At VMC, we prioritize patient care and are looking for an experienced veterinary technician proficient in: Safe and effective patient handling and restraint Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines Competency in emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement Diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in-house lab work Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff. Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions. We are currently interviewing for a full-time ( 32 - 40 hours/ week) veterinary technician with experience. The position requires client interaction, and excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. Our hours are 6:30 - 7 pm M-F, & Sat and Sun 7:30 - 4 pm. This is a fast - paced, progressive clinic that offers high-end preventative and wellness care, as well as emergency/urgent medicine and surgery.
