Minimum Requirements * To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: * Education: Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA-accredited program. * Experience: At least three (3) years of practical, hands-on experience in the veterinary field. * Licensure: Current Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) status (or other required state designation). * Skills: Strong communication and basic tech skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). What You’ll Do * Teach & Demonstrate: Prepare engaging lectures and lead practical, hands-on demonstrations in the lab. * Skill Verification: Monitor laboratory competencies and use checklists to confirm students are ready for the field. * Support Student Success: Track attendance, meet with students to encourage retention, and provide the extra support they need to graduate. * Stay Organized: Record grades, follow the established curriculum, and ensure the classroom/lab environment meets all safety standards. Responsibilities
