In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to our animal patients while supporting our veterinarians in various medical procedures. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being of our furry clients and their owners. Responsibilities * Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures. * Perform laboratory tests and analyze samples for accurate diagnosis. * Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by veterinarians. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient. * Handle and restrain animals safely during examinations and procedures. * Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures. * Ensure a clean and organized work environment by following aseptic techniques. Requirements * Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology from an accredited program. * Experience in veterinary practice preferred but not required. * Strong knowledge of veterinary critical care and laboratory procedures. * Excellent animal handling skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. * Ability to communicate effectively with team members and pet owners.
