In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to: Implementing department policies and procedures. Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings. Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs. Interviewing, training and mentoring new and existing staff. Delivering employee performance feedback. Monitoring day-to-day activities and engaging with support staff.
