Westhills Equine Veterinary Services (WEVS) is shifting from an on-call emergency team to a dedicated overnight emergency and hospitalized case care team.

IF YOU HAVE EXTENSIVE HORSE-HANDLING EXPERIENCE, HAVE AN INTEREST IN EQUINE MEDICINE AND PREFER TO WORK A DEDICATED NIGHT SHIFT (NO SWITCHING FROM DAYS TO NIGHTS), PLEASE CONSIDER APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION! WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS: 5:30 PM TO 12:30 AM (7 HOURS) AND 12:00 AM TO 8:00 AM (8 HOURS).

Westhills EVS is located 10 minutes west of Stony Plain (Alberta, Canada) and 30 minutes west of Edmonton and is easily accessed off of TransCanada Highway 16 on Range Road 25. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as we are not on a bus route.
