Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business growth through outbound sales execution
• Develop and optimize call center operations
• Support inbound sales execution through demo and other key activity execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve internal and external wins
• Track and optimize key performance metrics for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for discovery and knowledge building
• Experienced in sales with a focus on lead generation and outreach
• Motivated to align expectations, achieve results, and push for continuous improvement
• Proficient with call center operations, telephony systems, and related CRM software
• Professional conduct when engaging with colleagues, clients, and partners
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time and project management

Preferences:

• Familiarity and/or experience with veterinary and/or human healthcare operations
• Familiarity with DEA regulations for controlled substances in healthcare environments

Familiarity with data privacy and security standards
